Serrb is an online service of Serrb Ladies Fashion Design LLC (“Serrb”) for the purpose of the sale of clothing ("Product").

As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not share any customer data to any third parties and all customer data is held on a secure server.

The website is available only to individuals who meet the Serrb terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid payment card, i.e., credit card etc and who have authorised Serrb to process a charge or charges on their payment card in the amount of the total purchase price for the item or items.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you authorise Serrb to perform credit checks and to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your payment card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, to obtain an initial payment card ld

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

Serrb may use the information you provide to conduct suitable anti-fraud reviews, the agency involved may keep a record of that information.

We reserve the right to restrict multiple quantities of a specific item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Serrb may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms, you should stop using this website. By using this website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with the Terms as changed. Making a purchase

When you make a purchase through the Serrb website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

Placing an Order

You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Complete Order] button at the end of the on-line order process.

Please note that while the Website lists only available Product, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond Serrb’s control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you of any unavailable goods made.

Unless otherwise notified, Serrb’s acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside Serrb's control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.

If you require any information regarding your order(s), please contact Customer Care on the following email contact@serrb.com. Serrb may not accept your order if: an item you have ordered is out of stock or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

 

Payment

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placing your order from the Serrb website.

You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, Serrb will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

All reasonable care, as it is in Serrb’s power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part, Serrb cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
