Delivery Policy

3-4 weeks to deliver anywhere in the U.A.E.

Orders will be processed within 21-28 days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving any order is 3-4 weeks.

Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.

We ship via DHL. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.

Its the customer's responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.

Delivery of ready to wear pieces takes 3-5 working days, excluding alterations.
